Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Kellzi Group, CPA website ("kellzigroup.com" or "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.
Description of Service: Kellzi Group, CPA provides various accounting services as described on the Site. Once purchased, these services are subject to their individual service agreements.
Payment and Refund: a. All services purchased through the Site must be paid for in advance. Prices for services are as stated on the Site and are subject to change without notice. b. Kellzi Group, CPA, in its sole discretion, has the right to refund any sale for any reason. If Kellzi Group, CPA chooses to refund a sale, it is under no obligation to complete the associated service or tax return. c. If the taxpayer fails to provide the necessary tax documents to Kellzi Group, CPA within a specified time frame, they must request a refund from Kellzi Group, CPA to have their service fee returned.
User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when purchasing services. Users must not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Privacy: Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.kellzigroup.com/privacy-policy.
Disclaimers: The Site and all services are provided "as is". Kellzi Group, CPA makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or performance of the Site or services.

Termination: Kellzi Group, CPA reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to the Site for any or no reason, including for breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Choice of Forum: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Choice of Forum will be in California in the City of Glendale or the nearest courthouse to the City of Glendale.
Changes to Terms: Kellzi Group, CPA may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
